In Life's Journey towards our dreams, Let's hold on to precious moments and the words of our heart because life is a gift that we only enjoy once.
In life, nothing lasts forever, including life itself. But how can we hold on to the precious gifts we can’t waste? Here are 3 things in life’s journey that we need to rethink:
1.) Time
Time is the indefinite continued progression of existence and events in the past, present, and future! We can be the authors of our own lives! Every moment and second of life that we breathe is an opportunity for us to seize and begin to shape our future!
We shouldn’t waste too much time and energy on people, situations, and things that only produce hurt and pain. This could leave us with many regrets in the future. It’s time to seize the moment because once gone it never comes back.
2.) Words
Word’s have power! The words that you say or speak can either bring life or death. You can choose to tell the truth, tell lies, be offensive or gossip. Your words have the power to create or destroy. You can apologize for your words but once they are said, you can’t go back in time and replace them with something else. That is why you should be careful of what you say.
Words cannot change reality, but they can change how people perceive reality. Words create filters of how we view the world and all that is created in the world. Purposely use words daily that are uplifting, kind, thoughtful, caring and positive. Let your words speak life through daily affirmations.
3.) Life Itself
It is the sacred period between the birth and death of every living thing. Everything between that time is a blessing and should be used each day as a blessing! Our existence is needed to be seen and heard until Life is no longer given. Let your existence represent the fullness and beauty of Life.
